Irish

Here you’ll find traditional Irish recipes, and popular Irish recipes. Many of these recipes have been passed onto me by my family members.

Irish folklore mentions food cooked in cauldrons and spits – I promise none of that! Irish cuisine has come a long way since then, and although the humble spud is often front and centre of Irish meals, we do cook and eat other foods.

Our foods include freshwater fish, oceanic seafood, grass fed dairy and meats, grains, fresh fruits and vegetables. Don’t forget the drink, I’ll have a few beverages in here too!
